    I think they must be busy. I put in a ticket this morning re my $100 Gift Card and heard nothing as yet. They are usually quite quick.

    I bought one less than an hour ago and got it immediately. Could it be possible that you misentered the email address? If it's been over 24 hours, I would strongly recommend submitting a ticket.

    I've just checked my store credit, and it's just been added. I would also suggest you submit a ticket.
