Can Procedural Materials for Vue 9 be used in Carrara?

There are some really nice textures for Vue in today's offer, but I don't own Yue. Can these materials be used in Carrara or Bryce? Does anybody know?

    Procedural materials are usually application-specific. The only exception would be Substances, as long as the application had a Pubstance Player plug-in (which, as far as I know, neither Carrara nor Vue do).
