Hi. I am thinking of getting a usb monitor JUST for my parameter dials. I am currently using a 21:9 ultrawide 29" and had thought of going for the 34" but the price is ridiculous compared to a usb expansion monitor.
Thanks!

Hmmm I have been trying to think of a way to get a third monitor when I can afford it. I want something to put all the parameter dials and others panels in.
Thanks I might look into it.
Maybe try setting up voice control for your OS for such things. It would be especially nice for floating UI windows you could say 'show Posing' or 'hide Posing' and it brings up the floating UI interface for the Posing. Or 'Select - Scene - Genesis 3 Male rename John'
Hmmm...on second though maybe I'll try seeing if that's possible. I'm on Windows 10 x64 running DAZ Studio 4.9.2.70.
Depends on where you're at though. Someone in a room with others and they are talking to the computer can be somewhat annoying depending on the frequency and what else is going on.
I use three monitors, but only two for the actual program itself. one for the view port and left side controls the other for Render, Parameter and Shaping tabs which I like to remain open and visible. The third screen is for tutorials and the like, or to move the render screen when I want to see it compared to something else. It's really useful and I'd advise anyone who is able to do CG, to try at least two screens minimum.
There are devices on amazon that can enable two screens in case you don't have a video card that allows for it internally.
How are y'all setting up workspaces for two monitors? I've yet to get it to keep what I set up consistent.
I use 3 monitors and have no trouble keeping my set up consistent. I never use it maximized though. I have the veiwport using the center monitor with menus extended into the left and right monitors and use 2D programes, browser, explorer etc in those as well. Works for me.
EDIT: Win 8.1 and DS 4.7
