Bethany 7 not showing at $5?

HI all,
The tickertape at the top of my screen says that if I buy 8 bundle items I get Bethany 7 for $5. I have 8 items from the build a bundle in my cart but try as I may, Bethany 7 shows at $24.27 ... any ideas please? Thanks!

I got the same thing, and according to the sale thread in the Platinum Club forum, other people have too. No idea what the solution is, or even if there is one, but at least you're not alone and know it's not just you :)

I think if I could get a 7 figure for $5 I'd probably be pretty excited, but that's just me. lol I only have one 7 figure (Victoria 7) so they are still the "new shinies" to me. :)
Agreed, it's a bargain at that price, but I'd be more excited if there were more accessories for her that I liked. For some reason they've decided that since she is overweight, her characters should be plain, or unattractive, or caracaturish. So since I don't see myself buying other stuff for her, I'm not going to pursue; if she comes right on price I'll want her, but ... I'd certainly pursue if it were another figure, and I liked the accessories. :)

When will the offer be fixed to also include us who already own a larger (over a dozen or so) number of the "7" characters? Or is this a case of "It's not a bug, it's a feature"?
Fixed how - are you an owner of more than 5 figures not getting the bethany offer? If so we can rasie that with Daz. Or are you wanting an offer of a figure you don't already have? I think that's probably just luck of the draw.
Aplogies if I was unclear. It's not getting the Bethany offer I'm refering too. I'm not sure, but there seemed to be an offer for Eva too, but I already had her so that doesn't matter to me personally.
But yes, my problem is that I and others as owners of over a dozen (in my case, 17 to be exact) "7" characters didn't get the banner offer for Bethany. That offers go out for things I already own I only got myself to blame for buying things early, so I'm not complaining about that. I just want to know that I'll be included the next time one of the characters I don't have happens to go on special sale.
These are the Daz base figure characters - like Bethany herself - not just PA characters for Genesis 3 Female?
Yes, base characters like Victoria, Eva, Karen, Teen Josie, Arabella and Michael, which are my six first if I start from the bottom of the list. I do not dare think of how many I got if counting PA characters.
I assumed that, but wanted to double-check. Unfortunately sorting out the check-out issues last night blocked our inside agent from looking into this issue yesterday, but we have flagged it up.
Thanks Richard! Never hurts to be thorough and I think we all that couldn't check-out our carts yesterday appreciate that that got fixed.
About 9 times out of 10 after I fill up my shopping cart the total and the prices are wrong, always in DAZ 3D's favour, until I hit browser refresh (F5) and then, after least since March, the incorrect prices are corrected. I do that with every purchase now except when every item is free and then most times it isn't needed, but sometimes it still is.
You should now have the discount (and possibly the banner), as should others who may have been missed.
