Cart prices are changing. I put an item in my cart last night (early this morning) for the $4 sale (with the discount $2.70). It is now showig up at $46.00 (dsicounted to $31.72). The item (VI Circus-Mega Bundle) still shows up in the $4 group but at regular price.

I knew I should have checked out last night. = )
