TFW they won't shut up and take my money. ;_;

Well this one is a research prototype and not in actual production, but it's from 2014 so hopefully it'll be available in a few more years and then they'll shut up and take my money.

But this one is available now, but the company won't shut up and take money from people outside of Japan.

Just imagine how much easier posing and animating could be with a plugin for Daz and these tools.

    That's pretty cool... Probably pretty expensive, but really cool nonetheless.

    Not sure if it's the second video's armature, but there was one available for Clip Studio. Only hitch being that it was restricted to sale in Japan only.

    There will be a Western knock off in the inevitable future.  My question is, how long is it going to take traditional CG artists and animators to start making out like no "professional" would ever stoop to use such a tool especially if it comes in at a price point that one doesn't have to mortgage their house to buy it.

    If it doesn't cost an arm, a leg and your first born child, it's not a pro tool.

    Then somebody is definitely going to have a problem with it.

    I love the "You can't call it art if you don't use exactly the same tools that I use!" crowd.

    $750 isn't that bad a price. No word on when it will be available outside Japan though.
