Change Image Without Disturbing Placement

Hi,

Im used to working in MD , and I export OBJ files of Clothing with a fabric (png file) that is already has a fixed vertical , horizontal offset and placement  in MD.

I then import the file in DAZ to pose it on the model . Once i import , i always get the same placement I did back in MD.
However , lets say i have another PNG file  but in a  different color. Can i change the image file in DAZ , without losing the placement i have already made in MD .

I have tried  , but DAZ keeps on resetting the placement , forcing me to go back to MD to do this .

  • If this is Iray the tiling and offset are in Image Editor - in the same menu as the Browse command for loading a new image and the list of loaded images. I don't think there's a way to preserve the settings on loading a new iamge, but you couidl reapply them in DS without having to go back to MD (I assuem that's Marvellous Designer).
