Shouldn't Nostalgia Boy & Girl be marked as Poser Only?

are currently marked as being supported by both DS and Poser, however I am fairly certain that they are Poser dynamic items, and by default could not be draped in DS. Now I know that you can use that script from Rendo to make them DS Dynamic, but surely DAZ is not assuming any potential buyer owns this script?

The other one is the Ninja Sprite I thought they were Poser only due to the weightmapping used?
