It is showing $42.13 in the cart, which is correct, and when the screen comes up to choose Paypal or credit card, it is $51.27  I'm going through line by line to see if anything dropped out of discounting

I just checked, (I always do screenshots before checkout out) and the prices are exactly the same, only the total has changed.

That's odd. Thank you for the heads up!

  • Have you tried refreshing your shopping cart? The swtichover to the new day's sales did not complete until around 20 min after midnight but I see your post was around 12:18am (Daz time).

Sure. And this IS after the site's time to change over, but everything is from the discounted stores- and they are still there in the featured PA stores.

I found it- it took two times of refreshing the cache, but one of the items was from PerspectX- which isn't in the stores section anymore. Is it supposed to be? The others are still there that were listed before that one was. How is store removal working from there? If the vendor has featured debut or new items? I'm not sure if all the stores in the featured store sections do?

Is this now working correctly?  Could you tell us what items you had in the cart so we can try them?

Should there be an additional 10% discount on these in the cart? Since they are new releases?

  • I had exactly the same issue that the shopping cart displayed a different price than what I was charged during checkout using store credit. I have raised a ticket with sales support. Screenshot of cart with discounts attached in ticket.

    Ticket# 228934

I have no idea how to get Michael for free either, thats as clear as mud frown

I did grab that dress, a reduced $4 item (was 2.60) and a second build my own bundle was quite good so not complaining.

    Looks pretty clear to me.

Buy two Debut items, get one of those free.

Cris- what happened with me was that PerspectX store got taken out of the featured stores- was it supposed to? (When the site changed over.) Several other stores have been there about the same time or longer, not sure if they still have featured products in New or Debut.

  • In my case, I am still able to recreate the same cart (by re-adding purchased items) with the exact discounts that were shown during checkout.

OH WOW- the cart prices just skyrocketed, but the discounted total stayed the same!  The PC Victorian item went to 16.95, all of EmmaAndJordi's stuff showed 40% price, etc. I checked out before the price total changed too, and it did stay reduced. But please check the cart functions!

This happens quite often.  I simply refresh the page, or back up until the checkout price matches what I'm shown the total to be  with discounts added on.   Quite possibly I've missed a couple of times when I was in a rush, but I catch it often.  Possibly it would only charge the correct price, but I haven't been in the mode to test the theory, nor to go through the hassle of trying to get my refund back.   Just be sure to watch your total on that final checkout page before clicking that button.   wink

Agreed. It's been a common enough happening for me that it's second nature to double-check the total here now. Curiously, the erroneous calculation has never been in my favour! Hitting the back button once and trying again is usually enough to set things right.
