PC club saves me money. (resolved)
( this issue was resolved-thanks Customer Service!)
so I wrote this to daz help desk:
I had my membership set to renew for one month. I thought Perhaps there was not enough money in my account but I checked and there is. I did not receive any warning or statement that you were attempting to renew- I just suddenly got booted off the pc membership!
Can you please apply my payment for one month right away as I want to participate in the sale. I know you guys are busy but I can't give you my money till you do.

The system shows we were unable to process the card information.
You will need to purchase a new Membership at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Really Daz?I have been a customer a long time 10 + years and this is your solution? It used to be Daz put a little more effort into customer service. No I am not blaming the customer service person, I am sure she is overworked during the sale etc.. I guess it is a "New policy" but it used to be if your card did not run you had a few days to pay and then you could get back on the pc. anyway I hear myself whining so I will just say you are saving me money by booting me out. guess I will check in at christmas time. Truth is I could open one model a day that I have never used yet and not have to buy any for a few years.....

Ahh thanks Jack. it looks like a good solution to pay and get the balance refunded, As the customer service person has now suggested. I think I have just enough to cut that...Sorry again for the whining...LOL
