How to Install if Install Manager deosn't see Purchase?

I hope I haven't shot myself in the foot while the site was having issues..... I downloaded a purchase in hopes of Install Manager being able to finish the work, I can't find out how to navigate to where I downloaded my purchase, and what I bought doesn't show up for Install Manager to download itself and install. Sales Support has not responded and I feel others have had this issue and know how to make it install. Purchase history shows I have successfully paid for what I bought, so that's no issue. Thanks again in advance in any help you can provide this newbie!

If you place the zip in the Downloads folder used by DIM - I've change my paths and can't recall the default, other than its being in the Public Documents folder, but it is  listed in the Preferences for DIM, accessed by clicking the gear icon at top-right - then it will appear in the Ready to Install tab when you start or refresh DIM.

To help get the files in the right palce you can hold down the ctrl key (Windows)/cmd key(Mac) and click on the ... button next to the Downloads path in preferences - that will open a file window to the folder, you can then copy-and=paste or drag-and-drop the zips into that.

Thanks Richard! I was in the middle of a render so I was delayed trying this....by then, they emailed me and said the files were ready to be downloaded by Studio. I'll remember what you said for next time.
