Main Tab (actors, wardrobe and props) greyed out

Hi,

probably something with an easy solution, but my main tab is greyed out. Just a simple grey plane, can't see anything besides it. I can load props into it, just can't see anything.

Everything shows normally in pose, lights and render view, it's just the main (A,W &P tab) that isn't working correctly.

Guessing I accidently hit a combination of buttons to enable or disable something; a quick google search didnt get me an answer.

    Ah, do yu mean that the viewport is missing? If so, you can reopen it from Window>Panes(Tabs)>Viewport, then if the whole pane group was closed (which sounds to be the case) drag the top frame edge up to the top of the empty space until you see a line of the highlight colour and let go to dock it back in place. You can also reload your layout from Window>Workspace>Select Layout, but that will reset the whole UI.

    Sometimes if you inadvertantly type something into a filter field (e.g. in the Scene tab) lots of things will disappear or grey out, and it can be very mysterious until you notice what you did.

    It was indeed the viewport that was missing
