Unable to Access Private Messages (fixed)

I've always been unable to click on the message icon in my account, it simply won't open and never has.  However, I have always been able to click on the link in the email when someone sends me a message and get it to open that way.  That is also no longer working so I have no way to respond to any messages.  Is this just another sympton of the server issues or do I need to just go ahead and open a support ticket?  The last time I tried to get help to fix the message inbox issue I got no response at all.

    Try it a few times- I was DMing a gal  this morning, she answered, I clicked the link in my email and it took me to my account. After three tries, it worked.  But someone else, they DM'd me and it wouldn't work, so I started a new conversation and we were able to connect that way. So whoever sent you the message, I would just start a new conversation and perhaps they can access you.

    Click on Inbox,  from the drop down menu on the right hand gear icon, the white one on the blue line.

    How do you access your PMs? I always click on the little gear and then use the dropdown menu.

    EDIT: Oops... Chohole beat me to it. smiley
