all my smart content is gone ...everything was good loaded some new purchases and when I returned my smart content is gone Please Help

Gone as in not showing as installed or gone as in nothing listed at all? Please psot a screenshot of the Smart Content pane.

I had this same problem -- my Smart Content pane was completely empty -- until I double-checked the context menu.  Make sure that 'Standard View' is selected.  You should see the tree-view with the root-level 'Default', 'Themes', and in my case, 'Transport' nodes.  Setting that option brought it all back.
