It looks like you have nested content folders -- normally there isn't a folder named "Content" inside "My Library". Go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the DS-formats and Poser-formats sections, and post a screenshot.
can someone help me, I'm new to this I downloaded the product from renderosity called teen females2-mid teens- shape for genesis 3. I downloaded all the requirements that is needed for this product such as Growing Up for Genesis 3 females, Genesis 3 Female Body Morphs and Genesis 3 head. I tried opened the file but it wouldn't let me, it only give me this message: "An error occured while reading the file, see the log file for more details." This is confusing and daunting at the same time. I don't know what to do. Its too complicated to understand. I place everything in my library.

The folders named Data and Runtime must be directly underneath the content folders listed in Content Directory Manager. You would normally skip the folder named "Content" and just take the folders INSIDE that and put them inside "My Library". Having the folder named "Content" between "My Library" and "Data"/"Runtime" prevents DS from finding them.
Khung, you need to load a genesis 3 female first. Only after that, you can apply an age morph, or ny other morph.
The error you got in the first post always happen when you try to apply something, without having the proper item selected.
EDIT: Have you installed the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials, which give the G3F base figure?
Also, you installed your content using Connect, which it why it is very difficult for you to find anything in the Content directory..
It might be easier for you to find your content if you use smart content.
I still have described the process going from a non-Connect installation of the files.
In my example, I want to use the shape of Amanda.
Because she is just a shape morph, and not an "actor", I first have to load G3F into the scene. I find G3F on the "top level" of my Genesis 3 Female content.
Here you can see G3F loaded before I apply the shapes. I put on some clothes for modesty.
In the scene tab, Inow select G3F. Then,I apply the shape morphs. You can see the shape of the head and body changed:
