My current purchases are not showing in Smart Content for download. Rumming 4.9 and have updated metadata?

Try selecting Work Offline and the Connect again - if that doesn't work it may well be related to the site issues, in which case please try again tomorrow and if it still isn't showing (and there's no update on the forums) open a support ticket.
