HDRI help please!

Super cheese sandwich

How can I set the hdri background/scene below my envirioments so I can see the clouds? I attached a image showing a plane with a hdri. The hdri have clouds but no matter if I go higher I always see trees. What can I do?

One way...flip the Dome mode to Finite Sphere, make sure Draw Ground is ON, then go to Ground Position Y and enter something between -5000 and -10000.
