coupon doesn't work ?

I'm trying to add few things, not new and max out the sale.

the total is ok : 

Grand Total $22.93

 

problem: I try to add a coupon (the Monthly PA Coupon)

and the new total 

Grand Total $21.43

it shouyld be 17.93!!

those 2 ( http://www.daz3d.com/long-leather-coat-and-hat-for-genesis-3-female-s   and  http://www.daz3d.com/arathia-rogue-poses-for-genesis-3-female-s ;) are just discounted of few cts, not 6USD. They arent' marked as new.

what's wrong?

    The rest of the coupon is being applied to Gianni 6 starter bundle.

    The issue is the free figure - it is eating soem of the coupon value before the price is discounted. You can go ahead and then open a support ticket to request the difference, or wiat for a chance to use the coupon that isn't confused by a special freebie offer.

    I know, it's crazy. Take the Gianni set out and see if the full discount from the coupon works.

    Seems to be no way to use coupons with free items in the cart, part of the coupon rebate gets applied to the free item

    that is a shame. how can I contact daz for this BEFORE i spend the money?

    (this is indeed the gianny starter free item that causes the problem)
