Install Manager Not Working

Hi!

During the last few days, I have used the Install Manager with the same email and password.  Now, it wouldn't launch.  What can I do?

FYI, I am able to log in to this forum with the same email and password.  Strange!

  • It's not working for me either. :(

...just bought $80 worth of content; would really like to be able to install it...

Glad to hear it's not just me, though.

Also not working for me - brand new HDD so clean install and I can install erm.. nothing. Yay.

To Add:I have checked all firewalls/antivirus/antiloggers/vpns etc for conflicts and it is none of those things. The DIM just flat-out refuses to connect and login, so I can't get anything done here.

  • Ummm. Have to chime in here. Website login works fine, but same information when used in DAZ Studio or DIM brings everything to a halt. Eventually, after about five minutes of waiting, get error message telling me to verify my info. Worked fine up till today.

Daz was having some problems with updating their systems over the last couple day and that is why there was issues. They said the issue has been fixed. I logged into DIM just fine right now so it should be up and running.

Sorry about that folks, looks like an upgrade to newer versions of some of the server software for security reasons had some subtle changes that lead to some instability over here.

Should be all fixed up, thank you for your understanding.

I'm on a Mac and having issues with one piece of content. It gets 99% complete on dowload and then fails. DAZ has been having issues with their website too.
