animate walking construction kit

I have a question regarding the animate walk construction kit which can be found here: https://www.daz3d.com/animate-walk-construction-kit

When I set the pose, I need to know if there is a way to change the pose as the arms are not placed properly. They are too close to the body and clip on the clothing that the character is wearing. Does anyone know a way to fix this? When i change the arms in one frame it does not take and when i go back to that slide the arms are back where the animation loop has set them improperly.
