I am a newbie. I downloaded, saved, and ran the DAZ Install Manager for the 64-bit DAZ Studio 4.9 Pro but I am not sure what was installed. How can I check if all the required components were installed?
So you installed the Install Manager, then 64 bit DS 4 Pro? If you are using Windows that should have added it to your Start menu - I'm not sure if Macs have a similar list of applications. Within the Install Manager you can go to the Installed tab to see what is listed, and either right-click on an entry or click the arrow button to its right then pick Show installed Files list to get an itemised list. Note that to do much with DS you also need to isntall at least one of the Genesis # Starter Essentials packages and the Default Resources package.
DAZ does show up in the Start Menu. The Install Manager shows 21 installed files (including the Genesis Starter Essentials and the Default Resources for DAZ Studio 4.9+).
The Install Manager also shows 25 files that are ready to be downloaded. Should I wait till I am familiar with DAZ to install these additional files?
