The H & C Business suit is a must have for me.  This has been a much needed item for a long time.

The New Semester ensemble for Gen 3 female is also quite nice.  It's good to have a school uniform that isn't ridiculously sexed up, but actually looks like something you might see in a private school.

I fact there has been a lot of very good casual, everyday "real" clothing released lately.  Maybe people have started looking at the forums a bit more, and seeing what people were requesting.

I got Megaton One and dYnamo 2 poses. Both are really fun. I bought TerraDome 3 but sadly it didnt work out because of the requirements.
