I got a banner today saying I'd get an extra 10% on featured artist catalogues and 20% off daz originals, but it's not working.  I double checked the terms and can't see that I'm offside anywhere.  Anyone else experienced this? I have a cart full of stuff.  I guess if it's not working by later today, I'll just buy anyway and put in a request later?

I just figured up my cart and I'm getting the discount.

I had it working in my cart but when the transaction went through I was charged way more than the cart total said. I can't figure out what was off either, because of the weird way they invoice. (Which has Daz is now resolving.)

Obviously, I don't know what's in your cart, but remember, the extra discount doesn't work on new releases or gift cards. It does work on the already discounted Annual PC+ Membership, though.

If your cart is full of older items that should be getting the discount but aren't, I'd recommend taking a screenshot of your cart, and perhaps a screenshot of the message in your "Exclusive Offers" message area. Go ahead and make the purchase, (assuming you can afford the cart without the discounts,) then send all the info to Customer Service and ask for a refund of the difference. If you pay by credit card, be sure and specify the refund goes to the credit card, rather than store credit.
