How do I get "Scripts" to show up in my Menu Bar?

I had this before, but I had to reload my workspace and lost it.  Now, I can't find my instructions on how to put Scripts in the Menu Bar.

I wanted to use Color Picker without having to go into Content Library.

Right click on the script icon and scroll to the bottom of the popup menu and it is the bottom option 'add process to ......'. Or something like that I can't remember the rest :)

Yes, that was it!

1. Right click on the icon.
2. Choose Create Custom Action.
3. D/S responds with "A new Custom Action for "dscolorpicker" has been created and added to the Scripts menu, on the Main Menu Bar," and puts Scripts on the Menu Bar.
