Kaleidescope 3D

Good evening, I wanted to know if anyone is using the Kaleidescope 3D effect for Daz?  I understand the concept of how it works, but I am having issues on placing my character according to what the PDF expains.  It is suggested to use a 360 degree backdrop depending on your particular scene.

Any help would be appreciated.
