Why is the shopping cart showing empty when the icon indicates items

Hi:

I have placed three items in my shopping cart, but when I go to the cart page prior to making payment, the cart shows empty. I am a platinum club member and I am signed into my account- what is the issue?  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks!

I fixed the problem by adding another item; then the other three popped-up.  Thanks for the views.
