My motherboard have 3 slots for cards (It's full now) and I'm going to buy a another card but I would have to change my processor and the motherboard! I live in a country where I all these things costs 200% more than usa... so I'm looking for a big high-end motherboard and a low,mid-end processor for never change it again when I need to add another card
Thanks!

I'm no techie, so can't answer your question, but if you look into this thread, some points are discussed in there, which might help you with your decision: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/114436/ot-thinking-about-buying-this-pc-from-cyberpowerpc-any-suggestions#latest
I've only seen dual CPU motherboards with 8 PCIEx16 slots, which means you have to buy two Xeon processors to run all 8 slots. And the ones I have seen usually come as a package, the MB, the case and the power supply. I've been thinking about getting one some day. The cheapest one I've found is $3,500. Even with dual CPUs the PCIE slots will still get configured into x16, x8, x8, x8 per CPU. You can also buy dual CPU motherboards that will run 4 PCIE at x16, so you sacrifice 4 slots so that 4 can run at x16. Are you asking for links to such things, or what are you asking exactly?
If you're looking for something lower-cost -- ie. emphasizing PCI-E lanes -- you may want to look at AMD instead. Their processors offload their PCI-E lanes to the motherboard chipset, so you can get away with a relatively inexpensive CPU.
edit: Then again, I don't recommend buying AMD until next year... Zen is coming out soon.
To go beyond 4 PCI-e x16 will very likely put you into server territory (NOT cheap) you are not likely to find anywhere near 8 x16 MB slots in the <$10000US region. If you're wanting that many slots you're likely going to need an external PCI-e cage.

If this is for Iray, just buy an nVidia VCA.....
Yeah...not cheap and no such thing as cheap CPUs to go in them, either.
There is a big difference in performance between x16 and x1 If I go for the external pci adapters?
Here is what I'm trying to explain:
It would be "efficient" to run a graphic card in a x1 slot?
IMO, based on your original post, you'd be best served by going with 1 or 2 "big" video cards and a mid-range MB that can support them.
