Another 'name that outfit' -- this time, Jazz Hair promos

The outfit in the Jazz Hair promos looks *very* familiar but I can't seem to place my finger on it. The "Additional Products" section lists Star 2.0 but I don't see this outfit anywhere... Anyone with a keen eye care to give this a shot?
