DAZ 4.9 64bit crashing on Windows 10

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Everytime I load anything into my scene, it's only a matter of time before  it crashes.

Have already reinstalled once.

Waiting on a ticket response so...

Anyone else???

    Do you get a crash reporter window when it crashes?

    Does it crash if you just launch DS and don't load anything?

    Are your graphics card drivers up to date (according to the manufacturer, not Windows)?

    Yes crash report with Alien code..

    Dont' think so, but will try it.

    Yes. up to date.

    Did you save the crash report and attach it to the support ticket?

    Ya sent it in and am working with them presently..

    Still no solution yet.
