I thought it might be this dress: https://www.daz3d.com/little-black-dress-for-genesis-3-female-s based on the way the cleavage bit is 'folded' but i can't see the top of the shoulder straps in your image enough to tell.

ok if you look at the third promo for that hair, the dark one, you can clearly see the shoulder staps and it's definitely the Little Black dress with a sparkly white texture. Plus you can see the criss-cross straps on teh back promos.
