Offline install isn't working for sku:22292 (SOLVED)

I can get both files, but no matter where I put the, the prduct will not show in any library or content. I'v done several offlines behore and never ha this issue.

I followe the instructions to the letter.

EDIT: Restartig DAZ Studio seems to have done it.
