in New Users
I kinda see the 3d models as a sort of figureen and was wondering anybody have any ideas how to best have a display case set up for them?
my orignal idea has already been shot down from reading fourms on how to acomplishthe task
I could would imagine other grids would have the same issues
kinda need a plan before I spend 50+ usd on models

There are display cases in the Daz store This one for a start

thanks I figured out that my orignal plan to have them as statues in one of my in game houses wouldn't go well because of conficting tos
What is it you're wanting to do? If you're using sprites or animations in the game that wouldn't be a problem.

well because of stupid tos wring on sl's side can't decorate my house and I am un sure how to make fo4 nifs to place them in my fallout house I imgine inworldz would also have simular bad tos writing before I looked up how to I fgured eh just decorating my house shouldn't be any problem then read that passage inthe tos they really are evil at LL
in RL I keep my figureens in a curio cabinit so all who visit can see them from various angles wanted to buy then dress up some of the models here pose them then set them on display like statues in a personal gallery
Are you talking about 3D Printing? If so, I don't suppose there's any problem as long as you don't sell them. I've seen a lot of 3D printings of Daz models.
was talking about a virtual equivlent of putting them in my display case I suppose this will come down to learning to convert meshes will talk toone of the game moders from some of the games I play to learn how
Converting a mesh doesn't remove the copyright - as long as it is a derivative it iss till under the original copyright and EULA. If you want to include anything made from mesh from the Daz store as a 3D element in a game then you need a game Developer License for the vendors. If it's just 2D data, on a plane or as a sprite, then the regular license is all you need.
I know I mean to like fallout nif file so I can decorate my settlement with it or something
