I'm trying to do a scene in Iray with this product, but I have no idea how the scene is lit. The only lighting I have, is from the headlamp on the camera.
Lighting the scene is probably going to be really easy, but I just can't see how it's done.

Well, you can see if it includes a readme file on how to use it.
But it being NYC and all even if it was midnight if you are using Sun & Sky for outdoor iRay lighting set the time to about 20:30 to get that light through the windows. That will make a dusky looking light from all the light coming from the buildings.
Then it says it has iRay presets for actually in the room and you'll notice those can lights in the edge of the ceiling and a couple of floor lamps (the black posts with the bright round 'headlights' so those should already be set up & working for you.
If they are no making for the dramatic lighting you want you can either move one or both of the floor lamps to create more dramatic lighting or you can copy & paste those lamps and move the pasted lamps to create more dramatic lighting.
Select in the Scenes tab the 3D model that has the light on it & go to the Surfaces Tab and look in the surfaces for the surface that is the lamp or the lightbulb, it may take a bit of guess work according to how they named it and check if the Emmisive Surface in anything other than pure black, if it is the surface is emitting light, either at the default 1500 cadelas and 6500K Light Color Temperature (the sun at noon).
You can change those to a unit of measure you are more familiar with like watts or lumens. So then you can have a 120W bulb with would be about 900 Lumen if it were an LED bulb. Lightbulbs most typically come in 'warm white' (sunrise/sunset/campfire/candle) at 2700K or 'bright white' (sun at noon) at 6500K.
For setup in 3DL or Poser you will need someone else to come along.
When I did it I made all the lights Emissive in the Surface Tab. I'm sure they are all listed and you can select them in the Scene Tab.
