So reaching back a bit, but does anyone know where to find the war paint used in the promos for http://www.daz3d.com/cheyenne-for-m4 ?

I sure don't, Will. However it does look pretty easy to paint in Photoshop. If you want I can try my hand at it (it shouldn't take long at all). Let me know what UV you prefer. M4, G1, G2, or G3.

I did some quick paints from looking at the promo pics. I hope they can be of use. :)

    You can download them here:

    Paint 1

    Paint 2

    Paint 3

I made them kind of big so you'll have to resize them to fit whatever UV set you need them for. Once resized you can use L.I.E. to place it (looks best around 85% I think), or even just save a new face map and copy/paste them on top.

  • Well, I'm butting in to say that's good!  I like what you did divamakeup!  I would totally love to use these!

Aww Thanks. They're really quick and messy paints though (didn't have much time to spend on them as I'm working on some commission art). I'm sure you'd probably want to clean them up or improve them a bit in Gimp. :) Feel free to use them for anything you like. :)

Excellent! And thank you very much, Diva. My freehand skills are pretty much nonexistant, so.

And putting Falcon in my wishlist for hopefully some sale (I just can't pay that kind of money for 6 year old content)

    You're welcome! :)

And I totally agree about the M4/V4 content - I think content half a decade old or older should have their prices permanently reduced. I end up nabbing some of that content, but only when it goes on deep sale discounts. $18 for a six year old M4 character is pretty crazy, imo, when you can often get the newer figures for even cheaper than that.

  • Hmm, Leaping Bear is on my wishlist, but I have Falcon.  I'm not sure I remember getting him, but I'll have to take a look and see how he does.
