I have a question to the material options: natural in this case means without any tatoos?

There are no material options that are actually named "Natural". However the Blaze Full Mat (in the 3DL folder) has no tattoos. The default mat in the Makeup folder appears to have no makeup.
That's right, the Full Mat removes all the tattoos. And it has options to place the tattoos on the arms, legs or torso, also on the face. Thanks, fastbike1! :-)
