Mask in Dangerous Jewelry - Where?

The second mask we see in the promo art for Dangerous Jewelry, the one below - where is that found? I can't say I've ever seen it before.

I was also desperately unhappy to find that the other awesome looking mask in the promo art is a makeup option, instead of a fitted prop. Which is probably not a bad way to go for that sort of thing but means it can't be held by someone else after an unmasking, or appear on a  surface while they're getting suited up, etc. Those are minor quibbles at best. Also I'm guessing you can't use it on anything other than another G3F?
