Installing The Freak 4 and Aiko 4

I've been looking at threads for studiocf files, but I'm totally lost with the stuff that I'm reading.

I'm using DIM, but I don't know if I should install just The Freak 4 and Aiko 4 file, or if I need to install the Studio CF files.

    I usually install both the main file and the cf files.

    You might want to install the powerloaders as well, that way when you load M4/V4 DS will offer to inject F4/A4 automatically

    The StudioCF files are material presets optimized for DS -- that material presets in the main zip are optimized for Poser.

    If you don't use Poser uncheck it in DIM's filter.  Do you have Michael 4 and Victoria 4.2 as Freak 4 and Aiko 4 are morphs for them?
