Police outfit problem

I bought the new Police outfit but the boots doesn't seem to have a texture.
I reinstalled and such but that didn't work.
The mats for the clothing are all there, but not for the boots...
Am I looking in the wrong place?

    I wondered about that - but they use their own shader and render correctly, in black.

    Moved to Nuts n Bolts as it's a question, not a product suggestion.

    I'll see what I can find in the shaders tab, but they should load with texture as shown in the promo image...

    The 'texture' is provided by the shader, at render time. The promo images are rendered, hence they show a texture.
