does anyone actually animate with animate2?

I look around online and seem to come across very few actual animations made with animate2 other than a whole lot of tutorials on utube etc. I just was curious if anyone really uses it and if they do ....where are there some actual proper videos of it in use other than tutorials and the odd test clip of some guy smiling for 30 seconds or something. I understand many users don't always upload their work which is fair enough but I just could not help but wonder if animate2 is just not used anymore by the general community.

    Hi By my rough estimate, only about 3 percent of the general community is using Daz to create Character animation.

    Of course this is my completely unscientific observation of self 
    identified "animators" who are active in the forums.

    There are alot of really useful  video tutorials on its features and usage
    was there any aspect about which you have a particular question???

    imo, is practical for very short anies, under 30 seconds, before iray,  i think now, mebbe 10 frames overnight

    I create full animated  shorts just using daz studio & Adobe premiere pro for film editing. I have been using daz for years,.  They are not pixar quality But they are not 30 second films either  check em out yourself Ivy's Animations  the biggest thing is you need to know is how daz studio works for still renders first and how to incorporate that knowledge and the knowledge of how to use all the third party tools available. into animated works of art. . some third party tools work okay, some not so much. Daz is missing some basic stuff like physics and Pinning tools..   But as with any software you choose to create  animation with.  You got to have patients..

    we had an animation forum some time ago with lots of animations shown

    but sadly the forum makers thought we do not need something like that

    We had an Animation Forum which was rarely used, so the PTB merged it with the Art Studio Forum.
