Hi there, as usual I've got two mails with two codes after buying a gift card. What's new though: this time both do not work. Anybody else experiencing the same or am I the one to open a new ticket?

    If you have checked the store credit and the amount doesn't show up there, then yes, a support ticket is your best option. 

    Be aware that it's the weekend and there will be no looking at your ticket before monday.

    If you put in the ticket and miss a sale due to a response coming at the start of the week, Customer Service will help you with that as well.

    Did you try clicking on the code itself ion the mail? Well both mails... Las time I tried to copy paste the code it did not work but then I more or less accidentially clicked on it and it went through fine

    Sure I did - without any success. Already filed a ticket.
