The female looks like it's made using DarioFish's Navarian from Rendo with a different skin.
I'm pretty sure, but not absolutely positive, that the character on the right is RawArt's Lekkulion for Genesis 3 Female. You can see just a bit of her head tails next to the scarf in the bottom corner. I think the make up might be custom, but I haven't rendered her yet since getting her so I'm not sure about what makeup options she has.
