Modern Villa: Great Backyard - Does it Have a Front?

None of the promos show the other side of the house. I've found in Poserverse/Dazland, "villa" often means "I have no front." Does anyone have the model yet?

There's a small space to the rear of the villa, furnished and suitable for scene work.  The (very rough) attached shot from the lot corner hints at the first-floor walkway leading along the side of the house from the pool deck. The outstructure facing the camera has an open and furnished patio, accessible from the second floor.  There's no direct first-floor exit.
