Animating in DAZ Studio

I could use some feed back on this animation of peaches by littlefox dancing. How can I make this better, smoother, poses. I am having difficulty with playback speed once rendered. It's either to fast or to slow. What am I doing wrong? or not doing. I have tried image series and movie. I used 3delight render Engine.
