Yea! The login problem seems to be fixed. At least it is for me. It's been a week or more since I've been spontaneously logged out of the DAZ Forums. Yea! Thank you DAZ

Happened to me yesterday accessing the site from my mobile. So, not really fixed; maybe minimized.
Yeah, I spoke too soon. Just had to log in again.

I get logged out every time I connect to the forum. That's pretty funny.
I typically only get logged out after making a purchase in the DAZ Store for some reason. I can't remember another case.
The looping seems to be fixed, but the logging out problem remains for me. It is worse on the phone than the PC.
I never used to get logged out of the forum, but recently it's happened after making a purchase for me too.
I get logged out every day sometime soon after 4pm AEST ON THE pC and also iPad ... I feel like Shaun... "Wait for it"
Yep, that's me. Any time I make a purchase, if I go to the forum after, I'm logged out of it.
Me too. Usually when I've made a purchase in the shop.
I just signed in again now. Every couple of days with unfailing regularity.
It's become so tedious, I don't even bother cursing any more. But I will say this..... In 20 years of surfing, I've never had this issue with any other site.
Daily occurrence for me. I wonder if it is affected by the number of devices used to sign in. Often, I log in from my phone, iPad, and at least one computer at some point throughout the day.
Always after I have made a purchase - every single time - and occasionally when I haven't. I only ever log in from my PC.
The only time I get logged out is if I reboot my computer and not always then. In other words it remains a variable issue that some people experience and not others. That of course makes it much harder to track down.
About a year ago it stopped happening for a few months, but then it went back to "normal" logging me out randomly or at best, if I don't visit the site until the next day.
So far, recently I noticed/realized it no longer randomly logs me out and deposits me on the "So you wanna be a DAZ Affiliate" page... But I still get randomly logged out... Just not to there.
Yay.
So far most of the reasons given as to what triggers this really don't apply to my experiences...except for the part about being on planet Earth... But my WiFi doesn't go much beyond the Troposphere, so I can't really test it on other celestial bodies... but it appears to mostly happen if you are logged in on Earth.
It never stopped logging me out. XD
I was browsing the store, and stopped in at the forum I'm still logged in. You'd think this log out problem would be easily fixed.
It has been giving me the problems on my tablets more than it gives me issues on my desktop.

For me this is nothing new, every store software they have used since 2007 has "lost" my log in on a regular basis, thankfully it was "easy" to access the log in system on the old forum software, that way it didn't matter if the store log in had a senile moment.
With the current system our store account (Magento) is controlling our forum log in (Vanilla), we also view the forums through a store "wrapper", so whenever Magento has one of it's senile moments Vanilla is then forced to log us out.
