Where is that extra 13% discount? [SOLVED]

I've got 2 of today's new released items in my cart but I'm not getting the additional 13% off of them.  Anyone else experiencing this?frown

    The Fine print at the bottom of the banner ad:

    "DIscount excludes new releases"

    The discount works on gift cards, so if you buy yourself a gift card, you can save the money after all.
