Wish I could use it on my tablet as it is very useful on my computer. Great job but wish I could search all Daz originals that are not PC items and also have it include new items that are Daz originals but not PC.
Try this link: https://www.daz3d.com/shop/#filter_platClub=0&filter_vendor=Daz Originals&filtered=1
I just started using this a couple days ago when I saw this thread pop up on the first page of the forum. It's great! There are a lot of useful features. Thank you for making it and putting it up for us to use! I can't believe how much I've spent over the years but it's amazing to see how much I've saved too lol.
Okay, I'm sorry, but I'm going to be lazy and not search through 36 pages to find an answer to this:
I think I accidentally unsubscribed from the wishlist notifications when my phone was being stubborn this morning. Do I need to submit for a new code, or otherwise how do I fix it? Because just saying save on the Daz Deals option page gets me an error that doesn't make any sense (that I need to fix my wish list settings on the wish list page.)
Request a code, and make sure you have it entered on the options page. Syncing the wishlist once manually will put you back on the notifications.
That appears to have worked. Thank you.
Awesome! If something still appears off, send me message here on the forums with your e-mail address and I'll check your signup sttaus.
Sorry about the wait, Dana (et al). Sadly, though, the wait it due to having nothing to report...
I've signed up for the Microsoft Developer account status, submitted it as an app, and filled out the extension review request form....which all got me...silence. However, I have heard from others that this is likely due to Microsoft's current focus being on "AAA" class extensions--i.e. brands...and big brands at that... Consequently, they're not really opening up the "flood gates" to the little guys...just yet.
I do plan to write them and ask if there's any kind of status report or guesstimate of arrival in the store. We'll see. I'll certainly be rushing back here as soon as I have something promising to report...sorry that hasn't happened yet. :-/
Thanks for asking, though!
I understand and appreciate your efforts. Thank you!
Dana
OT but the new Firefox is so fast. I can finally browse this site without the horrible delay. I have no idea what they did but its awesome. And the Daz Deals Browser add-on still works, didn't get broken this time.
I made some modifications to the "Best prices in 1 month" section of the notifications. Bear with me if there are slight issues with it in the next few e-mails.
I extended this to all the timeframes. Please let me know if you notice any issues.
Also: I think I kept a good record of what older items became PC+ during the sale, but if you notice any items wrongly listed as not being PC+ in the e-mail notifications, while in fact it is, again, please let me know.
Why would an item show a lower price for today- $4.31 but show ONLY the PC+ 30%?
It says $4.31......
The graph shows the best price for the day, not the current price.
So it was CHEAPER earlier today???????
Yes. If you give me an SKU, I can check if for you. Also, keep in mind that "today" is according to UTC timezone.

This is the item. Not sure where to find a SKU
At the top to the right of the main promo image is where you will find the sku
Oh shoot, there it is!
SKU:16302
That item became 4.31 on the 18th, and remained at that price until around 7:20am UTC this morning, which is 20 minutes past Daz midnight today.
So, was it that cheap today? That depends on your definition of today... :) UTC time definitely. Daz time, for 20 minutes or so.
What would you do next?
The problem is, it's bothersome to pay 2X as much today, when I'm only hours from missing a better price.
It's the rub of how useful it would be (now) versus waiting till who knows when.
Based on the price history, I'd say it goes on sale quite often. If I didn't need it right now, I'd wait. But that's just me, and not any sort of prediction.
Set up an individual notification for this item, and you'll be notified when its base price goes below what you specified. Set it up for something like 6 bucks maybe?
Ahh yes, I see it as a Daz original so yes, it should be on sale very soon again, maybe with their next big wave of Daz Originals.....
Thank you.
Hello, I have a problem that in Firefox when I enable the "Allow automatic update" under "Wishlist Price Drops"
I get an an ennoying error popup on every page I load in Daz saying: "Problem with wishlist autoupdate. Check settings on Wishlist page".
The only possibility is to uncheck it and than it only appears if I save the changes in the Shopping Helper but not on any other page I load in Daz.
They already did a reset of my account but that didn't resolve the problem.
Any suggestions?
Click the addon's icon in your browser. That takes you to the Options page. Click on the "Email notifications" tab in the top right of the page. Fill in "Email address to notify:" and "Passcode:" The email address is the address you signed up to the notifications for (can be different from the one you use at Daz). The passcode is the passcode you received when signing up. This is a numeric code. This is NOT your Daz password. Never give us your Daz password!
If you have not signed up for the notifications yet, then click the "Need a passcode? Sign up!" link below the e-mail address, and follow the instructions. If you signed up, but forgot your passcode, click the "Forgot your passcode?" link, and follow the instructions. When entering the data, make sure you enter them exactly as you used during the signup process, and exactly as you received the code. Make sure there are no extra spaces before and after the data. After you enter these two data, click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Thx for the reply. I just stopped receiving the Wishlist notifications because it was too much so I just leave as it is now and that works.
A tip: if you receive too many notifications, then you can try to increase the notification threshold. For example, if you previously had it at 50%, and you got a notification every time your wishlisted items went on sale at better than 50% discounts, you can increase the threshold to, say 69%, that way you will get less notifications, and only of the bigger discounts. Such as fastgrab, with its 70%, or a bigger sale.
My suggestion is 59% because that will notify you of fastgrab items, as well as most flash and blink sales, where you do not need to buy anything else to get the 60% discount (such as the one going on right now). But this level varies per person.
Thx that is a nice update. Will see what fits. What I still miss is a "Hide R+ items" option in my wishlist, so that I can have a better overview what other items I have in my wishlist.
Oké I tried again. My emailaddress and passcode were already fiiled in (as before), no spaces, correct data. And it than restart to give the "Problem with wishlist autoupdate. Check settings on Wishlist page". So I don't know. I think since I unsubscribed from the Wishlist notifications I got this error. Perhaps a problem with resubscribe?
I disabled the plugin and enabled it again. As soon as I did that all the Daz pages one after another came to the front with the error popup. For now no wishlist notifications till it is resolved.
Please send me a private message here on the forums, and include the e-mail address you are using, and your passcode (the one for the notifications, NOT your Daz login data!). I'll check if they are correct.
Also, please keep in mind, that if you unsubscribed, then you will need to sign up again for the wishlist notification feature to work again.
