Closest match for Girl 7?

I would like to use a male character who fits to Girl 7 concerning skin in iray. From some of the promotion images it looks like the skin of Guy 7 can create a similar look:

 

But I had not much success with it so far. The default skin tone is way darker and when experimenting with the shader settings the result ends up beeing either to much red or just way darker.

Is there any other male skin in the store which comes close to the skin tone and look of Girl 7?

    Yes, they do look similar in style like brother and sister or village kin folk.

    If the Girl 7 has a face skin without makeup you can buy Slosh's UV Swap for Genesis 3 in the DAZ Store and use the Girl 7 textures directly on Guy 7. If Girl 7 does not have a makeupless (and eyebrows would be a problem too) option then look for a female texture in the DAZ Store for Genesis 3 without makeup & eyebrows as an option.

    A artist by the name of Lyoness has Genesis 3 characters in the DAZ Store without makeup & eyebrows as options.

    The eyebows you can use Oh My Brows Bundle at Renderosity but they cost $8. You can also search the forums for fibermesh eyebrows and you'll see links to some free fibremesh eyebrows, eg there are free eyebrows by Laticis Imagery at DeviantArt.com. It is one of the 1st links if you search on Google his Gallery. You will need to sign up at DeviantArt to download them though. It is free.

    Thank you for the suggestions. I was already considering to recolor the guy textures but using Slosh's UV Swap should make it by far easier.
