Just taking a wild guess here, I'd say this isn't supposed to be showing yet. It's probably due to release sometime in the next week, and a mistake was made when entering it into the database. When it's released, you'll see the discount.
(This has happened a couple of times in the past year or so...)
It was prematurely released, and is removed again.
