i was wondering do i have to buy the base character for this character to work

    If you want Eleanor to look like she does in the promos then you will need Aiko 7, she should.should work on baseG3F but she'll look different. Hopefully someone who has the character will be kind enough to do you a quick render of her without Aiko 7 dialed I'm so you can get an idea.

    The description states that it uses the Base Female UV's, so you can use the skin textures on any G3F but the character morphs would use Aiko7 morphs, so she would not look the same (face and body etc) if you don't have her.

    Oh wow!! I have Aiko 7 and was going to give Eleanor a miss, however I really like her non Aiko 7 morph you've posted here and may well purchase Eleanor to use  on base G3F, great character!! Thanks for posting the image @jakiblue

    your welcome KA1 :D I was really happy with how she looks without Aiko 7! I like Eleanor WITH A7, but her face is lovely without too!

    Chris_Settlemoir, the vast majority of G3F characters use the G3F base UV's I've noticed - from what I can remember, there are very few in the store that actually use one of the iconic's UVs. In the description, it's usually written like this: 

    • This product uses the Genesis 3 Female Base UV Maps

    So always check that first. That means you can use the skin textures on ANY G3F character, whether iconic or not. However most characters will also use certain morphs from one of the iconics, and that will be listed up the top, to the right of the main promo, in "Required Products". Some however, may only use G3F base of G3F body/head morphs.

    In "Required Products" it only lists the Genesis 3 Female body morphs, so you MUST have that for her to look as she does in the promos. And down the bottom in description, it states she uses the G3F UV's, so you can use her skin on ANY G3F character, whether it's a bought one or one you have dialed yourself. 

    Always check in description to see what UV's are used - THAT really tells you whether you MUST have an iconic/base character, or can just use G3F default.
