Now that I have your attention.
:)
What is the trick to changing eyebrows colors?
It seems that if I change they diffuse color, it is ignored.
Granted I'm trying this on a V4 character so it maybe different on another.
Anybody else seen this.
I'm just full of silly questions today.

On which figure? In most the eyebrows are not a distinct area, and most character sets have the brows painted onto the face maps so there's no swapping them. Lyoness has recently made several sets in which the brows are overlays that can be switched, as have some other PAs, but it remains the exception rather than the rule.
What application are you using?
If DAZ Studio: Are you completely replacing the diffuse image (if there is one), or just changing the color box to the right of the diffuse image texture? And are you making a minor or a radical change? The reason I ask is if you were trying to, say, change the color from one shade of brown to another, and the image is already using some kind of brown, you might only be making a tiny change. Try temporarily deleting the diffuse image and changing the color to bright red or something just to see if it's really happening.
Also, the ambient if for some reason you have it set could be overriding the diffuse to some extent.
Or possibly you haven't actually selected the correct surface. Can you provide a screenshot?
There is no diffuse map, just a mask in the opacity layer. the diffuse colore is black.
If I change it, it doesn't make a difference, so I'm wondering where the color comes from.
It sounds like from the above message that they are part of the face map.
If for G2F, I recommend these mesh eyebrows for free - http://laticis.deviantart.com/art/Laticis-Imagery-Free-Genesis-2-Female-Eyebrows-530979387
This is an excellent product. I converted a V4 texture to G2F and for some reason she came over with no eyebrow. The product above came in handyand it's free. Later on I realized I have Zevo and Dragonstorm's Skin Builder script and that worked wonderfully
